Sights of Dublin – #IGTravelTuesday

Last Updated on November 18, 2015 by Jody Halsted

I’ve been wandering around Dublin, Ireland since early this week, working through jet lag and preparing for the TBEX conference here in Dublin.  It’s been a bit wet and rainy, but not too cool.

Dublin is filled with surprises…  as is the rest of Ireland. Discover some of Ireland’s little surprises in this fun podcast I did with Eoin of Bitesize Irish Gaelic.

Here is just a taste of what Dublin has to offer…

Murphy’s Ice Cream on Carlow Street. The very best in the country – the caramelized brown bread is brilliant.

  1. Every photo that I see of Dublin this week is making me desperate to get back to Ireland! Love the photo of the Old Library at Trinity. One of the best tours that I have ever been on was with a student guide at Trinity College – most entertaining guide ever!

  2. Every year a lot of people plan for a vacation to Ireland and a lot of people finally succeed in enjoying the vacation. I was also planning for family vacation to Ireland when I went to Dublin, Ireland for attending a conference related to my business.
For the first time I went to Ireland I found it amazing and I had a drive on the roads discovering a lot of places near Dublin was exciting experience for me. I also went to the Carlow Street at night and with one of my colleague. I had a coffee at the Bewely’s place. Trinity College is known as the College of the Holy. It is a Trinity of Queen Elizabeth near Dublin. Last, year I had a successful budget trip to Dublin with my family and we explored a lot of places in Dublin. We rented a car with online booking so, we had the car at the airport parking area. The car was rented from dan dooley car rentals (<a href=”http://www.dan-dooley.ie/car-rental-hire-dublin-airport.htm”>http://www.dan-dooley.ie/car-rental-hire-dublin-airport.htm</a&gt😉 which was a well maintained luxurious car. I like to drive the car in Ireland.  With family one can visit the Dublin Zoo, Trinity Library, Leprechaun Museum, National Aquatic Centre, Croke Park etc and can spend a fantastic time with family.
