I just received my most recent ‘Big Fat Check’ from Ebates – and it was my largest yet. Since installing the Ebates Cash Back Button (find it in the Chrome add-ons) to my browser I never forget to sign in for my rebates!
But the cash back, while great to receive, isn’t why I’m checking in today…
Did you know there are 7 -SEVEN!- distinct ‘shopping days’ between now and Christmas?
I didn’t!
Let the Holiday Shopping Begin!
I didn’t realize that Mobile Monday & Cyber Monday were two different dates!
Black Friday seems to have already begun if emails from Target, Best Buy, and other retailers are any indication.
Small Business Saturday is fab – online you can visit shops on Etsy (if you’re looking for incredible jewelry I highly recommend my friend Lisa’s shop, Studio Jewel.)
But Luxury Sunday? I had no idea it even existed!
Cyber Monday is a given – after all, you can’t expect people to go back to work after a 4 -5 day weekend!
And Green Monday? What? Apparently it’s the 3rd biggest shopping day of the year. The term was coined by eBay, according to Wikipedia, to describe it’s best sales day in December. I can only guess at the name, but assume that if Black Friday is the sales day that takes all companies out of the red ink and into black, the Green Monday is pure profit…
